A panel investigating claims that SA armed Russia has been appointed
and terms of reference have been set.
It’s now up to President Cyril Ramaphosa to sign off on the probe
before jetting off on an African peace mission to both Russia and
Ukraine next month.
Ramaphosa earlier used his Africa Day speech to lament attempts to
turn African states into pawns on a chess board as superpowers wage
proxy wars.
