COP 27 President Sameh Shoukry has released a final draft of outcomes to UN framework convention on climate change in Sharm El Sheik in Egypt.
The text includes process to come up with framework to establish a fund for responding to loss and damage.
The developed countries were pushing back, however the G77 + CHINA countries were able to push for financing to be included.
