Discussion | ICC issues war crimes arrest warrant for Putin

A warrant of arrest has been issued for Russian president Vladimir Putin. The International Criminal Court says Putin has committed war crimes in Ukraine. In reply, the Kremlin says the warrant is meaningless since Russia is not a signatory of the Rome Statute.
