Director of the Centre for Sociological Research and Practice at the
University of Johannesburg Dr Trevor Ngwane says the budget speech
that Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana will deliver on Wednesday may
be the ANC’s last stand before it falls.
In an opinion piece, Dr Ngwane says the crisis of the ANC as a
political party, government and movement is that its failures have
turned substantial sections of all classes against it.
