Eastern Cape government says they will enroll in multi-sectoral programmes that will deal with mental illness and psycho-social support in rural areas. Speaking at the funeral of four children that were allegedly brutally killed by their mother at Tsalaba village outside Engcobo, Premier Oscar Mabuyane has called on all community structures to come together and prevent mass killings by being proactive in dealing with depression and other illnesses.
