Matimba Makaringe has created a fragrance-making employment for women in rural communities

As South Africa observes Women’s Month, a 32-year-old woman from Nkowa-nkowa township outside Tzaneen in Limpopo has encouraged other women to work hard and create employment opportunities for rural communities. Matimba Makaringe has created a fragrance-making business from scratch after resigning from her corporate communication job.
Makaringe now employs four women and offers re-selling opportunities to several others.
