Repatriating Joburg fire victims a challenge - African Diaspora Network

African Diaspora Network CEO Dr Vusi Sibanda says it will be hard for immigrants to identify and repatriate their relatives who may have died in the Joburg CBD fire because many were burnt beyond recognition.
