Stink in Joburg hijacked buildings going nowhere

The stink of hijacked Johannesburg buildings is going nowhere. It follows the death of more than 70 people at Usindiso building in Marshalltown last Thursday. City of Johannesburg public safety and human settlements MMCs led an inspection in 3 buildings believed to be hazardous.
