Qantas menu shows 'post colonial food politics'

The Institute of Public Affairs’ Bella d’Abrera says she was disappointed to find a review of a restaurant on a Qantas menu which was an example of “post-colonial food politics”.

“I read that they would only source products from queer-led Indigenous, all-women producers,” she told Sky News host Rowan Dean.

“I wondered where this came from and I looked into it and it’s a thing called ‘food justice’ … post-colonial food politics.

“It’s a post-colonial, post-modernist, Marxist madness.”
