A number of roads have been closed and houses are underwater in the
drought-hit Nelson Mandela Bay metro. Affected areas include
Missionvale and KwaZakhele. Safety and security MMC Lawrence Troon
says authorities remain on high alert and are ready to evacuate people
should the need arise.
