We take you to a dive site specifically to Aliwal Shoal (Shoal in Umkomaas on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal. It’s about a half hour’s drive from Durban. Divers rate this diving site as one of the top 10 dive spots in the world. The marine life of the Shoal is said to be spectacular.
It’s one of 42 South African Marine Protected Areas and is being increasingly recognised globally as a life-giving ‘game reserve of the sea.’
